| Review: | Our move with americas moving services started with great communication from everyone involved from our estimator eric to our driver ian. There was however a major hitch in the operation, our pick up dates were set at Jan the 24th or 25th and about 4 days prior to that we recived a call from dispatch stating that the truck that was supposed to pick us up was literally 3 or 4 days behind schedule because of weather and a not-so-easy customer before us and that they could have one of their agents (north american van lines) do our move if we could not wait the extra days. We opted to wait for their driver and when i say it was well worth the wait i really mean it. the driver Ian was incredibly sharp and professional, polite, and made sure EVERYTHING was padded and wrapped before they loaded it onto the truck. they inventoried everything and weighed everything at a weight scale and promised to deliver within 5 days and they delivered in 3 days, they also rerated our bill and credited us on the spot $200 for the delay on pick up. A class A organization that definately cares about their customers. |
