| Review: | When setting up the move and quote, I was sure to explicity describe (more than once) 2 furniture items that needed careful handleing - 3 8-foot bookcases and a mirror.
I received a quote of $630 for 6 hours, 3 guysm truck, etc. Most specifically, I was assured cratung of the bookcases + mirror were included.
Truck was 1+ hour late, but that's pretty much expected.
The movers told me that padding for the bookcases was *not* included in the price and there would be some extra-charge, which I agreed too (what else was I going to do)?
It wasn't until the entire truck was loaded that they hit me with a $1100 bill - pretty much double my quote! That's some expensive packing!
Again, what was I going to do? Everything was loaded, buyers were coming within an hour, etc. I had not choice but to pay it.
But you still have a choice! AVOID this company!
