| Review: | I paid USA1 additional fees for GUARANTEED DELIVERY. Without my knowledge, they sub-contracted the job to another company who a) said they were never told of the guaranteed delivery date & b) wouldn't honor it because I signed USA1's contract and not theirs.
I have called, emailed & posted on USA1's web site but no one will get back to me. "John" a part owner, gave me his cell phone # at pick up, but will not answer my calls now.
I had to pay the 2nd moving company an additional $1800 to get my items delivered in a timely fashion since they claimed they didn't have to deliver for 21 days.
I was stranded in Idaho with no furniture, clothes or medicines for my chronically ill son and 82 year old mother who has cancer and Alzheimer's; NO BEDS, no nothing!!!!
One of the 2 movers lost 5 boxes and smashed an item.
USA1 also changed their pick up date 3 times. When the pick up kept getting delayed, "John" told me his driver "got drunk" the night before and couldn't come.
I would never recommend or use this company, and in fact will be taking them to small claims' court to recoup the additional fees I had to paid to get my delivery! |
