| Review: | Many people surely understand the stress that goes along with moving. This was only our second move over the last 10 years and this was a big move for us. Everything accumulated over the last 10 years was going with the exception of the kitchen sink. We went online and filled out a questionaire on a couple of websites and received close to 15 calls and probably 100 emails from different moving companies and still do to this day. We chose americas due to their better business bureau report and reviews on moverreviews. We were hooked through to George Brooks and he worked us through an inventory list. The estimated weight was a little over 8,000 lbs and a cost of $3,300 door to door. After getting other quotes based on the same weight some a little more some a little less and some way more and less. We chose americas moving also because George was very friendly and gave us a sense that we could trust him and his firm. Anyway, they picked us up in our scheduled window and delivered us 8 days later and to our surprise everything was perfect. The price didn't change and the same guys that picked us up delivered us which I hear does not always happen that way. So George and Americas Moving Services, Thank you and you will hear from family,friends, and co-workers due to your hard work and honesty. |
