| Review: | The first thing I would like to say is a company that places their own reviews on here to build up there already poor numbers ie - Rico Suave" deserves no respect and no business. Second, it is hard for me to beleive that despite all of these reports being exactly the same, and after they have recieved 39 complaints in 36 months through the Better Busienss Bureau that they are still in business. The only good reports I have seen on this website were either written at 2AM by the same person, or have terrible misspellings, or have names like Rico Suave in them. I have the same issues as all others. First I was not given the proper documentation prior to the move, then I was given a quote that was terribly low. Then when they showed up, they were impatient, rude, and made me sign documents before they packed them. They took 7 hrs. to load my studio apartment. Then they refused to do a weigh in in my presence, and when they weighed my stuff once it got to the warehouse, it was way over what it could have been. When I called to demand a re-weigh, they refused. When my stuff arrived they said pay or we take it. They used another company to deliver my stuff and did it on a Sunday so I could not go to the bank and get extra money. I have no idea where my stuff is right now, and they now have refused to talk to me about it. The worst of all of this is when I talked to them, not only did they say they never have problems like this, but they also said that I was the worst person they every dealt with. I cannot believe that this company is still in business. If I did not have a job myself, I would make it my personal mission to make sure that everyone that wanted to move with them did not. I hope and pray that no one else has to go through what I am going through. And I hope that what I am doing, legally and through the better business bureau will help stop what they are doing to people. |
