| Subject: | Bad impression with american moving services |
| Review: | It was a painful story to use american moving services to help me move from KY to NV. There was some problem between american moving services and me during the moving process. But I pretty much had the same feeling as Whitney R. had. They used my stuffs as a hostage to bargain with me. They told me that they will not unload my stuffs until they got paid. And they even deter that if I did not pay them when the truck arrived they would ship my stuffs back. It was horrible. |

| Response: | In response to this review, I am not certain if this is another company trying to impose ill will on our company but several of these reviews are not valid. They are NOT our companies reference numbers. I will surely and gladly respond to a valid client. We service close to 200 moves per month during this time of the year and to say every move goes off without incident would be far from the truth but we do handle any problems professionally and in a timely fashion. I have not hear from this phantom client and would love to hear any problems prior to this review. |
