Michael Martin called back only to close the sale, never to answer questions.
He lied about services and response time.
Movers were late, dispatchers were clueless, AMS promised to call back and never did.

| Response: | We arrived to pick up the clients belongings on the agrred upon date as the Bill of Lading will reflect, the customer called incesantly the next day to determine when her belongings would be delivered and her request was that she cannot be delivered june 6th,7th,8th or the 13th,14th,15th a pretty elaborate delivery window. We accomodate all clients as much as humanly possible and during peak-season travelling 1,200 miles with such a delivery spread do not always have the exact arrival date. How was this a "horrible" move?? |
