| Review: | This was the worst moving experience of my life. This company overcharged my fiance and I by $1400. They charged us for the most expensive box (picture boxes) which is $35 when we only used small and mediucm boxes that were priced at $12. They also used unecessary materials. For ex. they placed our box within one of their boxes. They over charged us for driving time. They stated it took them one hour to drive 3 miles. When we tried to approach them about the discrapancies, the driver and the dispatcher did not listen and called us liars. They also refused to unload our furniture if we did not pay the the full amount (even though it was incorrect). On top of that they force you to sign a contract before they begin and then they add things to the contract (i.e. prices for the boxes and additional costs such as 9% fuel charge) after you sign it. They make it look like you agreed to them using boxes and that you agree to the final price. My word of advice is NEVER USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. We tried contacting their managers after the move was completed and the managers were just as dishonest and were unwilling to credit us back for the discrepancy in what we were charged versus the materials we used. Also the company has no department where you can file a complaint or work out a remediation if there are discrepanices. This company lies about their prices, they overcharge you for their materials, they have horrible customer service, they break your furniture and the worst of all they do not admit when they are wrong and do not try to remediate the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! |
