| Review: | The actual drivers and movers (who carried things in and out) were excellent. They handled things with care, called promptly, and worked with my schedule. Dispatch seemed unable to fathom that I could not receive delivery on Easter - despite several phone calls from me before hand confirming the fact. Christ Carter was very responsive UNTIL pickup of my stuff - after that getting him to return a call was almost impossible (as if once they had my things customer service no longer mattered). Again, though, the drivers and actual moving staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. |
